Shipping Policy

We ship our packages via UPS Ground and USPS. Most orders ship out in 1 to 4 business days. Some products may ship directly from the manufacture to speed delivery times. Products originating outside the United States may incur additional delivery time. These special order items may take 6-12 weeks. We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours of your order in the event of a delay. United States Shipping Charges (48 Continental States)

Shipping charges for order shipped with in the 48, continental United States are calculated during the checkout process. We are happy to extend complimentary shipping on purchases over $99.00, many of our customer favorites, such as Bernardaud, Gien, Jan Barboglio, Juliska, Simon Pearce and Spode that are placed online.

International and Overseas Shipping

Rush Delivery

We are happy to accommodate rush delivery orders. You may select Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day service at checkout. Please call 800-269-7164, Monday through Saturday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., with any questions regarding Rush delivery. Rush deliveries are made via UPS and are subject to their schedule and fees.

In Store Pick Up

In Store Pick Up is available. In Store Pick Up orders will be filled within 24 hours of placing your order. If you are require obtaining your selections same day, please call 713-973-8171, Monday through Saturday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., to confirm stock and time of pick up.

Return Policy

Robert's wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. For more details on our Return Policy please refer to the Return Policy page located below. All shipping charges are nonrefundable and you are responsible for shipping your purchase back to Robert's in a safe and non-damaged manner. Non-returnable items include but are not limited to Christmas themed dinnerware and giftware. Easter, Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter themed gifts or items. Holiday table top, including holiday dinnerware, holiday server ware, holiday table linens, holiday candy. Jon Hart or other personalized items. Jewelry. Wreaths, floral and candle rings. Candles.

The first step in the return or exchange process is call Robert's for a return authorization at 713-973-8171. Shipments to Robert's without proper Return Authorization markings on the box will be rejected and UPS, USPS or FedEx will be unable to leave the package.
