Return and Exchanges Policy

Robert’s wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, and your items meet our return criteria, you may return your selection within 10 days of receipt/delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS. All shipping charges are nonrefundable and you are responsible for shipping your purchase back to Robert’s in a safe and non-damaged manner.

Return Process

  1. Confirm your items are eligible for return by checking the shipping date and that the item is not a non-returnable item.
  2. Please email the store at customerservice@robertschina.com or call 800-269-7164 to initiate the return.
  3. If your return is eligible we will give you a return authorization number and an address to send your item.
  4. Please address the item to Internet Returns c/o Robert’s China and Gifts and include your return number on the label and outer carton of the shipping box. You are responsible for the item being returned intact and not damaged.
  5. Once we receive your item back we will exchange it or issue you credit within 2 business days.
